Terms and Conditions for DBE

Delivery
Currently all deliveries are done by ourselves - not a courier service. Delivery is discreet and to the door only, unless installation / putting the equipment together is expressly part of the cost. Please always ring for details and to arrange a date and time for deliveries this is dependent on distance, location and how busy we are.

Quality of our equipment
We do not claim that our equipment is in the luxury market but only that it is reasonable quality, durable, useable at a reasonable price. Many of the items we make have been used in our own dungeon for several years and have stood the test well.

Clubs and other places where equipment maybe heavily or uncaringly used should make this clear when ordering - heavy duty construction is available at extra cost.

Safety
DBE accepts no liability for accidents or injury resulting from use or misuse of the equipment.
